Not everything you own — just the things worth naming. The ones you'd never sell are never given a price here.

A month costs — upkeep
Everything you spend in an ordinary month: rent, food, bills, the lot.
Most people guess this too low, which is what the receipts page is for.
How long you'd last — runway
The money you could spend today, divided by what a month costs.
If you have 10,000 and a month costs 2,000, that's five months.
It's the most useful number in personal money because it measures
freedom rather than wealth — and it improves whether you earn more or spend less.
What you keep — savings rate
Out of every 100 that comes in, how much is still there at the end of the month.
Keeping a little of a small income beats keeping none of a large one.
Everything you own, minus what you owe — net worth
Add up what you own, take away what you owe. It's the number people brag about,
which is exactly why it isn't the big one on this page.
Can spend now — liquid
Money you could actually use this month. Cash and savings count.
A house or a pension usually doesn't — you can't buy groceries with a kitchen.
Things you owe — debt
Money that has to go back out. Paying it down raises what you're worth
just as much as saving does.
